Step 1 – Initial Audit

It’s important to understand your business and what you already have in place (from a Health & Safety perspective) and so we begin by conducting an initial audit or ‘gap-analysis’ to help identify and prioritise specific areas of attention.

Typically we visit your workplace, talk to your staff and really get to the heart of your operation and culture.  As well as inspecting your premises and examining your documentation and processes, it is also helpful to understand your H&S objectives.

Step 2 – Audit Report

Having identified strengths and weaknesses, our report highlights and prioritises our recommendations for improvement.  We can also provide an action plan to address these.

You then have the option to either work through these yourself or alternatively we are equally happy to offer further assistance as required.

 

Step 3 – Implementation

We can provide the specific health and safety support your business needs on an ongoing basis.  

As always, support is tailored to your requirements.  We work in partnership with your key personnel to really understand your operation so that together we can implement a system of continuous improvement for the benefit of your business, your employees and your customers.
