When we asked a sample group of employers what they wanted from our new web site there was one common theme in their answers.

WE WANT A ONE STOP WEB SITE COVERING ALL EMPLOYEE MATTERS.

We looked at this request and found that no one else was providing this service. Some sites provided assistance on employment law matters, some on employee benefits, others on pensions, staff motivation, appraisals etc, but no one covered the whole employer - employee relationship.

This new web site will provide a single portal of information on all aspects of employing staff. It will be free to all employers, not just to our subscribers. We naturally hope that employers who find this useful will ask why other businesses subscribe. They will then discover that:-
