Peter Abraham has been involved with employment matters since the introduction of Industrial Tribunals in 1978. He specialises in removing the mystique from the subject and giving clear guidance which any manager can follow, showing how to manage staff legally and effectively.

In the 1980's his ideas on staff motivation received recognition at the National Incentive Awards.

In 1990 he was instrumental in developing for the Chamber of Commerce movement the first computerised software that wrote legally correct contracts of employment. This software formed the basis of the HR4Uk.com personnel system launched in 2003 and currently available on the Internet.

In 1991 he developed a new way of handling staff disputes for a national organisation that resulted in a dramatic drop in Tribunal claims by their employees. His basic down to earth approach has resulted in contracts with The National Federation of SubPostmasters, SPAR , The Guild of Fine Foods, Social Enterprise organisations, Business Links and many others. Over 23,000 employers now have access to his and his organisation's expertise.

2007 has seen further recognition of his skills in stopping staff problems from ever getting to Employment Tribunals.
