It’s Snowing Again!

My blog has been neglected recently due firstly to my being stuck away from the office due to the snow, and secondly the priority matter of helping employers – not only with redundancies but also how to handle staff absence during the bad weather.

Did you know that, if your contracts of employment do not state in writing that you have the right to lay people off or introduce short time working, you could be in breach of the law by implementing either of these generally accepted working practices?
